Effective November 2, 2026 · End-User License Agreement

These terms govern the use of Quality Projects (the "App"), an internal web application operated by Quality First Electric SW Florida Corp ("QFE"). By signing in, you agree to them.

Who may use the App

Only people QFE gives an account to: its employees, office staff, and the accountant or other advisers QFE authorizes. QFE grants each of them a limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for QFE's business only. The App is not offered to the public.

Your account

• Keep your password private and do not share your account. Tell QFE right away if you think someone else has used it.
• Enter accurate information: hours, receipts, expenses and reports must reflect what really happened.
• Use only the parts of the App your role allows. Do not try to reach other people's data, test the App's security or interfere with how it works.

QuickBooks Online

A QFE administrator may connect QFE's QuickBooks Online company. The administrator confirms they are authorized to do so for QFE. The App reads QuickBooks data as described in the Privacy Policy; QFE remains responsible for its QuickBooks account and its accounting records. QuickBooks is a product of Intuit Inc. and is subject to Intuit's own terms.

Information and records

Data entered into the App belongs to QFE. Totals, matches and suggestions the App produces (for example, amounts read from a receipt or a suggested project) are aids and should be reviewed; QFE's approved records are what count.

Availability and warranty

QFE works to keep the App available and accurate, but it is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. It may be updated, interrupted or changed at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, QFE is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App. Nothing in these terms changes the rights employees have under their employment or applicable law.

Ending access

QFE may suspend or close an account at any time, for example when someone no longer works with QFE. Records already entered stay with QFE.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida.
